RETURN OF SUPPLY POLICY

• All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Hanson Skincare
• Exchange value is time based:

• Based on credit allowance, an equal amount of dollar value can be used to order any other Hanson Skincare. product.
• If the customer does not choose to exchange for another product, a credit memo will be issued to their account.
• Boxes which have been written upon or otherwise disfigured will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
